Education

Masters or Doctoral Degree in psychology from a recognized university.

To be an active member of a recognized psychological professional organization from a Canadian province.

Experience

Experience in assessing personality and psychopathology.

Work Environment

Under the leadership of the Psychological Testing Services Unit Head, the incumbent is responsible for evaluating psychological tests for candidates applying for high security positions. These tests are part of the staffing screening process and are used to determine the candidate's reliability and ability to hold a position at the Communications Security Establishment.

Challenge

The successful candidate will:
Administer standardized tests, analyse and interpret the results.
Conduct psychological interviews with candidates.
Produce written reports.
